Tomato Onion Rice

Using what you have:
• Rice • Tomato • Onion
+ salt, turmeric, chilli powder

1. Heat oil, sauté onions
2. Add tomatoes + spices
3. Mix with cooked rice
4. Garnish and serve

Palak Paneer

⏱ 25 min | Medium | North Indian

Using what you have:
• Paneer • Spinach • Cream
+ garam masala, cumin, salt

1. Blanch and puree spinach
2. Fry paneer cubes lightly
3. Cook gravy with spices
4. Simmer paneer in gravy
5. Finish with cream

Rava Idli

Using what you have:
• Rava • Curd • Mustard seeds
+ salt, turmeric, curry leaves

1. Roast rava lightly
2. Mix with curd and water
3. Temper mustard seeds
4. Steam in idli plates
5. Serve hot with chutney

Tomato Cashew Rice

Using what you have:
• Rice • Tomato • Cashew
+ salt, turmeric, garam masala

1. Dry roast cashews
2. Cook tomato gravy
3. Add spices (no onion!)
4. Fold in cooked rice
5. Top with roasted cashews
